Ich bringe Ordnung in Abläufe, die andere nervös machen. Bei notime habe ich täglich 150+ Fahrer disponiert, heute bearbeite ich bei Webstar Kundenanfragen im 70 %-Pensum — daneben studiere ich Wirtschaftsinformatik an der ZHAW und betreibe cleanio.ch.

I bring order to the processes that make other people nervous. At notime I dispatched 150+ drivers a day; today I handle customer requests at Webstar on a 70% contract — alongside a Business IT degree at ZHAW and running cleanio.ch.

cleanio ist eine Reinigungsplattform für den Kanton Zürich, die ich gerade aufbaue. Die Idee: Privatkunden beschreiben, was sie brauchen, und werden mit einem geprüften Partnerbetrieb aus der Nachbarschaft zusammengebracht. Marke, Positionierung, Servicekatalog und Website stehen — allein gebaut, vom ersten Wort bis zum Deployment. Als Nächstes kommt die App.

cleanio is a cleaning platform for the canton of Zürich that I'm currently building. The idea: private customers describe what they need and get matched with a vetted partner business from their own neighbourhood. Brand, positioning, service catalogue and website are done — built solo, from the first word to deployment. The app comes next.

Ich bin in Zürich aufgewachsen und habe früh gelernt, was Verantwortung praktisch bedeutet: 18 Monate Kuriertouren neben der Vollzeit-Berufsmaturität, danach als Operations Manager bei notime die Person, bei der alles zusammenlief — 150+ Fahrer schweizweit, Aldi, Digitec und Zalando am Telefon, Betrieb von 05:45 bis Mitternacht. Was mich antreibt, ist simpel: Dinge besser machen.

I grew up in Zürich and learned early what responsibility means in practice: 18 months of courier shifts alongside a full-time vocational baccalaureate, then, as Operations Manager at notime, the person everything ran through — 150+ drivers across Switzerland, Aldi, Digitec and Zalando on the phone, operations from 5:45 AM to midnight. What drives me is simple: making things better.

Before changing anything I want to know why a process came about. Usually there is a good reason — sometimes it is just habit.

Ein Schritt weniger ist wertvoller als ein Tool mehr. Ich suche zuerst nach dem, was man weglassen kann.

One step fewer is worth more than one tool more. I look first for what can be removed.
